MISSION


The mission of Greenville strength program is to provide a well-designed, collaborative training program based on sound physiological principles. Sport specific focus, experimentally proven methods, safe and productive physical training by means of a periodic plan will be our primary emphasis, with the goal of maximizing the physical potential of all of our student-athletes. Our goal is to provide the student-athletes with the best “hands on” strength and performance program around. In all our endeavors, we are committed to the principles of ethical conduct, integrity and excellence.

PROGRAM DESIGN

  1. DEVELOP THE ATHLETE’S FUNCTION AND VERSATILITY THROUGH PROPER MOVEMENT

  2. RAISE THE LEVEL OF MOTOR ABILITIES, COORDINATION AND BALANCE. WHILE IMPROVING THE OVERALL PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE ATHLETE

  3. UNDERSTANDING THE ATHLETE’S AGE, PACE OF INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT, DEMANDS OF THE SPORT, AND LEVEL OF PHYSICAL FITNESS AND STRENGTH

  4. IMPLEMENT A SAFE, COMPETITIVE, FUN, EDUCATIONAL AND ENERGETIC TRAINING ATMOSPHERE TO ALLOW THE YOUNG ATHLETE TO IMPROVE
